Reservation policies:

• A 200.00$ minimal deposit is requested when making reservation.

• The balance must be paid 20 days before arrival.

• A 75.00$ fee will be charged for any cancellation before 20 days from arrival.

• A 50.00$ fee will be charged to any modifications for a shorter stay or a smallest unit.

• No refund for cancellation within 20 days of arrival and modifications are not allowed starting this period.

• The check-in time is at 17hrs and 11hrs for the check-out.

• Hébergement Stoneham reserves the right to transfer guests to an equivalent or superior accomodation without notification.

• Take note that we are not responsible for temporary interruptions of electricity, telephone, water or cable services.

• The maximum number of persons indicated must be respected or you will be fined 200$ per person per day.

• Management require a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in to cover any possible property damages.

• No pets allowed, offenders will be subject to a 500.00$ fine.

• The day of your departure, you have to bring back the keys at our office. Fees could be charged for any lost keys.
