Reservation policies :

• No pets allowed. Offenders will be subject to a $500 fine.
• A $75 fee will be charged for any cancellation before 30 days of arrival.
• A $50 fee will be charged to any modifications for a shorter stay or a smaller unit.
• No refund for cancellation within 30 days of your arrival and modifications are not allowed starting this period.
• Hébergement Stoneham reserves itself the right to transfer guests to an equivalent or superior accomodaction without notification.
• The maximum number of person indicated must be respected or you will be fined $200 per person per day.
• Management requires a valid credit card imprint for a security deposit upon check-in to cover any possible property damages
• Hébergement Stoneham will not be held responsible for the equipement and the public services such as electricity, cable, internet access and the aqueduct.
